NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Pronat Group Australia. By participating in the sweepstakes each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsor may be reached by email at lewis@fisiocrem.com.au during the Promotion Period.

2.  PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The ‘Spin to Win’ fisiocrem x Run Melbourne Sweepstakes Giveaway begins on Monday 27th June 2022 at 9:00 AM and ends on Monday 18th July at 11:59 PM 2021.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1. The prize draw will run from 9:00 AM Monday 27th June 2022 (the ‘’Opening Date’’) to 11:59 PM on Monday 18th July 2022 (the ‘’Closing Date’’).  

3.2. All prize draw entries must be received by Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd no later than 11:59 PM on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.

3.3. You can enter the prize draw by completing & submitting an entry using the online form ‘’’Spin to Win’ fisiocrem x Run Melbourne Sweepstakes Giveaway’’. Entries that are not completed or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd. By submitting the online form you agree to allow Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd to contact you about the prize draw.

3.4. No purchase necessary.

3.6. Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, data and details entered incorrectly, including for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunctions, systems,
satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

3.7. Submission of an entry or acceptance of a prize is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. ELIGIBILITY

4.1. The prize draw is only open to legal residents of Australia, that are aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

4.3. Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd will not accept entries that are:

(a) Automatically generated by a computer,

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk

(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or

(d) incomplete

4.4. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4.5. Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising
and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. THE PRIZE

5.1. The GRAND PRIZE Winner will receive TWO x tickets for Run Melbourne + the ULTIMATE recovery pack containing: 1 x Flow mini sport massage gun, 1 x 250g tube of fisiocrem, 1 x 120g tube of fisiocrem, 1 x 60g tube of fisiocrem, 1 x fisiocrem water bottle.

5.2. The BONUS PRIZE Winners (One of Nine) will receive Bonus prize packs containing: 1 x 250g tube of fisiocrem or 1 x 120g tube of fisiocrem or 1 x 60g tube of fisiocrem or 1 x fisiocrem Towel. 

5.3. Plus a couple of other discount codes to be won. The discount codes can to be used on the fisiocrem website for purchases made from Monday 27th June 2022 at 9:00 AM ending on the 15th September 2022 at 11:59 PM. The discount codes are only valid for fisiocrem products and fisiocrem apparel.

5.3. The prize is non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. If due to COVID-19 restrictions, the grand prize winner cannot travel to Melbourne to partake in the Run Melbourne race the tickets can be transferred to another person of the winner’s choice.

5.4. The prize is supplied by Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd (the ‘’Supplier’’). Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd’s control make it necessary to do so.

5.5. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

6. THE WINNER

6.1. The Grand prize winner & the Bonus Prize winners will be chosen from a random ‘Spin the Wheel’ chance game in accordance with these Terms and conditions. 

6.2. The decision of Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about the result of the prize draw following the determination of the winners.

6.3. Winners will be notified by notification pop-up and email at the email address provided in the entry form within 14 days of the draw taking place.

6.4. The Grand Prize will be supplied by post directly to the winner by Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd. The TWO free entries into any of the Run Melbourne races will be given to the grand prize winner in the form of a CODE to simply apply when registering.

6.5. The Bonus prize’s (ONE of NINE) will be supplied by post directly to the winner by Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd.

6.6. The prizes will be sent via post to the address specified within the giveaway form.

6.7. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Australia and the Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for fisiocrem Australia to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6.8. The potential winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 15 days from the time award notification was sent or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required,
prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return
an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by the Sponsor. The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this sweepstakes giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE
IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7.1. Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy  |

7.2. In entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry.

7.3. By entering the prize draw you grant the Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Giveaway Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment,
including use in a publicly available Winner’s list.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or
damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the giveaway or download of any materials in the giveaway.

8.2. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and the Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

9. DISPUTES:

THIS SWEEPSTAKES GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF AUSTRALIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in QLD having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to
obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. GENERAL

10.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and conditions, Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

10.2. Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.3. Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of It’s reasonable control.
