- The promotion and promoter
1.1 The promotion is the “November Run 100km Strava Challenge”.
1.2 The promoter is Pronat Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 14 122 981 766) of 16/8 Production Avenue, Molendinar, Qld 4214 and fisiocrem New Zealand (9429052077104) of Unit 5, 3 Oracle Drive, Albany, Auckland 0632.
- Promotional Period
The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 1/11/26 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30/11/26. Entries received outside the Promotional Period are not eligible.
- Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 The following may not enter or win: employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the Promotion.
3.3 Prizes are dispatched only to verified residential addresses within Australia and New Zealand.
- How to enter
4.1 To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotional Period:
a. join the fisiocrem club on Strava;
b. complete 100km in distance running within the promotional period; and
c. tag [@fisiocremclub] in that qualifying activity on Strava.
4.2 One entry per person.
4.3 The entrant's Strava activity must be set to "Everyone" (public) so the entry can be verified. See clause 10.
4.4 Entries that are incomplete, do not meet these requirements, or cannot be verified are invalid.
- Relationship with Strava and social platforms
5.1 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Strava, Meta, Facebook or Instagram in anyway.
5.2 Strava is named only to identify the third-party platform on which entrants record and tag their activity. The Promoter claims no rights in, and no affiliation with, Strava or its marks.
5.3 Any Strava challenge, finisher's badge or similar feature is provided by Strava, not the Promoter. The Promoter has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, its availability, operation or discontinuation.
5.4 Entrants must comply with Strava's terms and community standards and with each social platform's own terms.
- Prizes
6.1 There are five (5) prize packs. Each pack contains: one (1) $100 ‘The Gift Card’ gift card, one (1) 2026 fisiocrem singlet, one (1) fisiocrem Solugel 250g, one (1) fisiocrem Solugel 120g, one (1) fisiocrem gym towel, one (1) fisiocrem water bottle, one (1) fisiocrem shopping bag, one (1) yellow Rocktape 5x5m & one (1) bag of lollies
6.2 The approximate retail value of each pack is $260. The total prize pool is approximately $1,300.
6.3 Prize contents and availability may change. See clause 9.
7. Winner selection and draw
7.1 Winners are selected at random from all valid entries. This is a game of chance.
7.2 The draw takes place at 12:00pm on 1/12/26 AEST on Instagram & Strava
7.3 5 winners are drawn.
7.4 The Promoter's conduct of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law or any applicable permit.
8. Winner notification, claims and unclaimed prizes
8.1 Winners will be notified by Strava direct message within 2 business days of the draw, and announced on fisiocrem’s Instagram and Facebook pages and
on Strava on 1/12/26.
8.2 To claim a prize, a winner must provide a valid delivery address within 5 business days of notification.
8.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or does not claim their prize within 5 business days of notification, the prize is forfeited. No redraw will take place, and the Promoter has no further obligation in relation to that prize.
9. Prize conditions
9.1 Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
9.2 If a prize or any component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable permit.
9.3 Prizes are dispatched to the address the winner provides within 3 days of a valid claim. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
10. Privacy
10.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using the personal information they provide (including Strava handle, name and delivery details) to run the Promotion, verify entries, notify and announce winners, and deliver prizes.
10.2 Entrants acknowledge that, to enter, their Strava activity is public and visible to others, and that the Promoter may view it to verify entry.
10.3 The Promoter handles personal information in line with its privacy policy at https://fisiocrem.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to their name and Strava handle being published if they are announced as a winner.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law or, for New Zealand entrants, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
12. Amendment, suspension and cancellation
Subject to any applicable permit and to law, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, or vary these terms, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. This includes any change to, or withdrawal of, the Strava challenge, finisher's badge or platform feature that entry verification relies on.
13. Permits and authorisations
No trade-promotion permit is required for this Promotion, provided the total prize pool is kept under $3,000. That is the ACT threshold, the lowest in Australia, so staying under it clears every state and territory in which the Promotion is advertised.
New Zealand sales promotions are generally permitted without a licence under the Gambling Act 2003. Even where no permit is required, conduct conditions still apply (draw conduct, unclaimed-prize handling, record keeping), which these terms are drafted to meet.
14. General
- By entering, each entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland
- If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining terms continue in force.
