Is there a minimum order or spend to open an account?

No. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum spend required to open or maintain a fisiocrem wholesale account.

How long does approval take?

We manually review every application and aim to respond within 1 business day. Once approved, you'll receive an email with your login details and access to wholesale pricing through the fisiocrem website.

What products can I access through a wholesale account?

All fisiocrem products are available at wholesale pricing, including practitioner-exclusive sizes and formulations not available through retail - fisiocrem Massage Blend 700g pump, fisiocrem Massage Blend 550g tub, and fisiocrem Joint Ease 550g.

What support do I get after my account is approved?

Once your account is approved you'll receive an onboarding email series covering wholesale pricing, available POS materials, patient resources, educational content, and upcoming practitioner webinars. Samples are included with all orders, along with counter display units, leaflet holders, and printed materials to support your practice.
